“ New Bedford Mitsubishi dealership came to the rescue of a friend. She had a simple oil change at D'ambra Sunco Service station. Within 2 weeks She returned to D'ambra's service station complaining of a noise from the engine area. Bob D'ambra, himself, stated he inspected the vehicle and there's nothing wrong and to run high octane fuel. The engine blew within a few weeks later and Bob D'ambra denies the any responsibility. The vehicle was sent to N.B. Mitsubishi where upon inspection, the oil filer was so loose, you could rock-it up and down. There was just over a quart of oil in the engine. Liz and Steve stepped in and worked quick and efficiently to find an engine at a reasonable price. In our opinion, Liz and Steve were kind, compassionate and the representation of what true customer service should reflect. We are very grateful to have dealt with Liz and Steve at the N.B. Mitsubishi Service and Repair department to help resolve this nightmare. This vehicle will only be serviced at N.B. Mitsubishi going forward even though my friend lives in R.I.. Honestly, quality, stand by your work, customer care and one of the best pricing is how N.B. Mitsubishi has won us over. We can not thank you enough! ”

“ Today I went down for a test drive on a 2016 Toyota RAV4. I showed up half an hour early which wasn’t a problem and was promptly greeted by Mark. He showed me the car I wanted and let me take it for a test drive. He was attentive and kind and when it came down to the paperwork and financing he made sure I was informed the entire time. I’m in the process of rebuilding my credit but the employees checked every available resource so that I could get the car I wanted. I was treated with respect and kindness the whole time I was there which was a breath of fresh air compared to my experience at the Toyota dealership this weekend.
