“ New Bedford Mitsubishi dealership came to the rescue of a friend. She had a simple oil change at D'ambra Sunco Service station. Within 2 weeks She returned to D'ambra's service station complaining of a noise from the engine area. Bob D'ambra, himself, stated he inspected the vehicle and there's nothing wrong and to run high octane fuel. The engine blew within a few weeks later and Bob D'ambra denies the any responsibility. The vehicle was sent to N.B. Mitsubishi where upon inspection, the oil filer was so loose, you could rock-it up and down. There was just over a quart of oil in the engine. Liz and Steve stepped in and worked quick and efficiently to find an engine at a reasonable price. In our opinion, Liz and Steve were kind, compassionate and the representation of what true customer service should reflect. We are very grateful to have dealt with Liz and Steve at the N.B.
